Everything Client Vault has learned since day one.

Each version stems from specific client feedback. We use semantic versioning: we bump the patch version for every fix, the minor version for every new addition, and the major version for every paradigm shift.

Client Vault 20.22.540 – July 19, 2026

Give your vault — and your clients’ — the look of your own brand. Colors, header image, banner height: it all lives in one place, and what you set is exactly what your clients see.

🆕 New features

One look, everywhere. Choose your theme and colors once and for all. No more double settings: what you see in your administration is exactly what your clients discover when they open their vault.
A vault header in your image. On top of the elegant color gradient you already had, you can now place your own visual at the top of the vault — a photo, your identity, the mood you want to set. And that image is always drawn from your vault, never from anywhere else: your confidentiality is never compromised.
The right room for your visual. Three banner heights, from the most compact to the most spacious, to showcase your image as much as you like — with a clean result, even on mobile.
Your clients, your call. Set the default look for all your clients’ vaults. Then let them personalize it to their taste, or enforce yours for everyone: you decide how far the personalization freedom goes.
Your journeys too. Each journey can have its own header image, on its cards and on its banner alike. A polished identity down to the detail, on the admin side and the client side.
Full white-label. With a single click, hide the small shield watermark: the vault shows only your brand, and never any Client Vault identity element. White-label personalization down to the details!
Settings that finally make sense. The whole Appearance section has been rethought: one simple question, visual previews, and only what you need in front of you. Personalizing your vault becomes a pleasure.

🗂 Improvements

Collection: harmonized settings. The “Watermark / content protection” card adopts the standard toggles and correctly reloads its saved state.
Theme-aware counters. Menu badges fully follow the chosen theme — no more hardcoded colors.
Clearer client counters. “Total clients” now explicitly mentions excluded archived clients (“+N archived”).
Mobile: storage in the ⓘ popup. On mobile, the storage pill leaves the banner: the “Storage used” information joins the info-button popup.
Journeys: redesigned create/edit popup. Three clear sections — Information, Scheduling, Card appearance — for a far more readable window, at creation as well as when editing.
Redesigned WordPress toolbar. The two overlapping settings give way to one question with three choices — visible everywhere, hidden on the site, or hidden everywhere — with role exceptions to keep the bar where it’s useful.
Client page: modernized Journeys block. A single bar with clickable counters acting as filters (Enrolled, Active, Completed, Archived), search, mode filter (Individual, Group, Collection) and grid/list toggle.
Vault: immediate file validation. On selection or drop, a file whose extension is not accepted for a document (e.g. video) is refused with a clear message pointing to Media.
Free mode deprecated. The “Free mode” filter disappears from the journey lists (admin and front); migration to Individual/Group is still offered. Affected demos switch to Group mode, converted automatically.
Home: unread messages. The “Latest messages” block shows two bubbles, like the menu: the total and, in red, unread messages from the advisor.
Journeys: end of program on a rolling schedule. New per-client action when their duration expires: “Unenroll — ‘program completed’ email + access removal”. History is kept on the admin side and the action is reversible.
Reorderable vault settings. The Settings page blocks can be reordered by drag & drop (⠿ handle, mouse and touch); the order is remembered separately for the personal vault and the agency vault. The “My profile” block is redesigned, far more compact.
Agency email address. New field in Settings → General (agency) to receive notifications related to the agency vault.

🛠 Fixed

Colors stuck when switching themes. A long-standing bug silently overwrote the new theme’s colors with the previous theme’s palette on every save.
Broken ⓘ button on mobile. WordPress encoded a character in the banner script, killing the whole script: info button gone, popup misbehaving.
Missing YouTube thumbnails. Videos embedded via youtube-nocookie.com (the privacy-friendly format) showed no thumbnail in the agency vault and elsewhere. All YouTube detection now supports this domain.
Timezone. The clients list’s “Last activity” was shifted by the gap between the site’s timezone and UTC (a client created just now showed “4 hours ago”). Conversion fixed.
Escaped apostrophes. Titles, descriptions and notes of journeys, steps, substeps, sessions, events and replays saved “that\’s” instead of “that’s”. Fixed at save time.
Participant counters. After an action (pause, resume, unenroll, re-enroll, validation), the table’s counters and badges update immediately, and badges count every enrollee — including paused ones, with a dedicated badge.
Empty statistics without substeps. On a journey whose steps have no substeps, the Participants tab lost its statistics and the link to the client page. Statistics now display (0 % progress) and the fallback table also links to the client page.
“Sliding days” greyed out. In the step modal of a reopened or duplicated journey, the option stayed disabled despite the rolling schedule being enabled: the modal now trusts the value saved in the database.
Messages counter stuck at zero. With tiles hidden, the client page’s Messages tab counter stayed at 0 even when messages existed.
Windows cut off on small screens. The “New folder” window (admin and client) overflowed the screen on small laptops — buttons unreachable; it now fits the screen height and scrolls internally. The settings save bar no longer covers the WordPress side menu, whatever the window size.
Dropdowns always on top. The “File into” dropdown when adding media was clipped by the file card.
Audio animation. Audio preview waves animated continuously, even without playback; they are now synchronized with actual playback (documents, media and Collection).
Settings layout jump. The green “Changes saved” banner in the Collection settings shifted two cards before putting them back; slots are now unique.

Client Vault 20.22.503 – July 12, 2026

🆕 New features

The Collection mode

A brand-new type of journey, designed as a content catalog: videos, audio, images, PDFs, links and cards, organized into categories and sub-categories, with three views (List, Grid, Gallery), star ratings, engagement statistics, trophies, and the ability to grant or sell access category by category (paid unlocking via FluentCart in a modal, FluentCRM automations). A complete mode dedicated to distributing content to a group.

✨ Improvements

Document request reminders

New automatic reminder (opt-in) for requested documents still pending: a summary email per folder, in the client’s language, with the list of missing documents, at the cadence of your choice (e.g. 3 and 7 days). Dedicated, editable email template.

The journeys list, more complete and more readable

Each journey now displays its date calculation mode as a colored pill (“Fixed dates”, “Rolling days”, “Drip”). In rolling mode, we no longer show a misleading date range but “From enrollment”.
The information row (steps, participants, dates, mode) wraps instead of being cut off on the right: everything is readable, and cards in the same row keep the same height.
On the client side, the journeys grid gains breathing room: more space between the information and the “View my journey” button, and a uniform block height so all cards keep the same structure (aligned button).
The display of start and end dates has been fully reworked according to the journey’s deadline mode:
- Fixed dates: a clear pill “From X to Y” with the countdown (D-…), and the distinction between “Fixed dates” (bounded) and “Fixed dates · open-ended” (start only).
- Rolling days (deadlines recalculated from enrollment): we now show each client’s real dates (their enrollment + the cumulative step durations), with a “rolling” tag — no more admin template date that matched no client. The countdown and the time bar also follow these real dates.
- The two rhythms of the rolling schedule are clearly labeled: “Rolling days · flexible” (soft) and “Rolling days · drip” (strict).

Participant tracking

In journey tracking (one-to-one as well as group), the participant’s name becomes a link to their summary fiche, and a dedicated profile icon is added in the Actions column for direct access.

A gentle end to Free mode

Free mode is cleanly deprecated: it is no longer offered at creation, existing Free journeys are frozen with a migration card at the top of the view, and a one-click “Migrate to Group mode” button preserves enrollments, content and progress.

Miscellaneous

Group ↔ journey exclusivity: a FluentCommunity group can only be linked to a single journey (groups already in use appear greyed out, with a server-side safeguard) — ending the ambiguity where several journeys shared a sidebar.
Emails: white-label improvement.

🐛 Bug fixes

Broken emojis throughout the plugin

The bundled emoji set pointed to the wrong folder and stayed frozen: many emojis (🤗 💥 😂 😮 😢 😡 😍 💯 …) appeared as a missing image, including in Fluent Community posts. The complete twemoji catalog (3,720 SVGs) is now bundled, with a client-side safeguard — no emoji can fail anymore. Along the way, an old loop that re-converted emojis into images (creating thousands of empty tags) was removed.

Progress gauge at 0% in one-to-one

The “Overall progress” gauge stayed stuck at 0% on one-to-one journeys: statistics were never fetched. It now shows the real average (verified live: from 0% to 67%).

Translations — a major reliability effort

Several translation defects degraded the interface or left text in French regardless of the language:

Introduction of a systematic audit of translation keys (referenced vs. defined) to prevent this kind of bug from reappearing.

Journey type badge (Individual / Group / Free mode / Collection): it was hard-coded in French — now translated into all languages.

Labels never translated due to a missing translation key (the French fallback masked the bug): “Loading…”, “Open”, “Open link”, “Load more comments”, “Preparing payment…”.

Text mixed into HTML code, therefore impossible to translate: the members directory pagination (“Previous / Page / Next”), the “Reply on Fluent Community” button, the “Add to my calendar” tooltip, “Detach”, the day header “Click to expand/collapse”, “Today” and the “result(s)” counter. The text is now separated from the markup and translated into the 17 languages.

The file drop zone literally displayed “undefined” (a missing translation key read without a fallback) — fixed.

4 missing plural forms in 15 languages (countdown “in X day(s)”, streak “X views over 8 weeks”…), plus verification of variable parity (%s, %d) everywhere.

The event “Republish” button finally translated.

Client Vault 20.22.281 – July 5, 2026

🚀 New features

Step unlock via an e-commerce purchase (FluentCart)

New “E-commerce purchase” gate: a step unlocks when a FluentCart product is purchased.
Payment directly within the step (“Pay now”) or a link to the product page; automatic re-check when returning to the tab.
Validation at the product level, variation handling, refunds/cancellations taken into account (the step re-locks if the product is no longer owned).
Bundled payment of several products, with a design harmonized with the vault.

FluentCart “shop” widgets (sidebar)

Configurable product showcase per journey, My journey purchases, My FluentCart purchases.
Badge on the product page: “unlocks step X” for enrolled members.
Widget manager (tabs, sections as cards, previews with demo data, list/grid toggle), customizable title and link per journey, “Reset” button per setting.
Integration of native FluentCart modules (About / Activity) as cards, displayable and movable.
Auto-sized product lightbox, left/right arrow navigation, clean interface during purchase.

Webhook gate (“Developer mode”)

A sub-step is validated via an incoming external call (Zapier, Make, n8n…), a secure entry point (token + signature), with the client identified automatically.
Client side: an instruction, an action button, then a lightbox that waits for validation in real time, with a new-tab fallback.

Journey sessions

A journey’s steps can be grouped into sessions.
Grouping visible on the admin side and, as an option enabled per journey, on the client side.
Collapsible session headers with a step counter.

Rolling journey schedule

A journey’s deadlines can be relative to each client’s enrollment date (duration in days per step) — so each client follows their own schedule.
Strict mode: a step whose relative date has not yet been reached is locked (“Available on…”).

Journey visual redesign

Redesigned step cards (client side): clear, modern cards whose color accent follows the journey’s color (instead of a fixed dark blue that clashed with the session banners).
“What’s new” + “Journey outline” drawer: the header blocks gave way to a single floating button (bell) opening a merged drawer — a news feed (with an unread badge) then a clickable journey outline, with navigation and reading-position tracking.
Visual harmonization of all Journey module fields (borders, rounded corners, focus) with the vault’s design language; compact tag selector.
Full progress reset: the reset button now clears all progress (payment confirmations, signatures, quizzes, checklists, badges, log) while keeping advisor ↔ client exchanges. Previously, a step wrongly remained “Purchase confirmed”.

Icon and color per journey step

Each step can have its own icon (image chosen from the media library) and a gradient pill (two colors).
Reorganized step edit modal: Appearance first, Content next.

A true Agenda in the vault

The vault now has a complete agenda / calendar, designed as a full module in its own right (on the same level as Documents, Media or Cards).

Calendar view and list view: a monthly calendar with events shown in each cell (up to 3 titles per day, then a “+N” counter and the day number at the bottom of the cell), and an alternative list view. Calendar/List toggle in one click (icon buttons, everything fits on a single line).
“Upcoming” block on the vault home page, summarizing the next deadlines and events, in several columns, with a calendar/list toggle.
“Events” tile in the vault header, showing the total number of events and leading directly to the agenda. Its label is customizable in the settings.
“Today” button (shown only outside the current month), relative labels in list view (“tomorrow”, “in 3 days”…), hiding of past events (with a toggle to show them again).
Category filters (deadlines, expirations, events) with counters.
Clicking a journey event: opens the relevant event directly inside the journey.
Full governance: the Agenda shows or hides like any menu, globally (settings) and per client (client fiche), with a customizable menu label. Hiding the Agenda cuts the tab, the panel, the header tile and the home block, with no residual access.

Deadlines and expiration dates on all content

Every item in the vault can now carry two dates: a deadline (“to do before”) and an expiration date (“valid until”).

Date fields available on Documents, Media, Cards, Links, Notes and Folders.
These dates automatically feed the agenda: each deadline and each expiration appears in the calendar.
Quick date filters — “Overdue”, “This week”, “This month”, “Upcoming”, separately for deadline and expiration — in the Documents, Media, Cards, Links and Notes sections.

Calendar synchronization (ICS) — without a third-party service

The vault agenda syncs with external calendars, in a sovereign way (everything stays hosted on your side).

Subscribe to the vault agenda from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook: a revocable .ics link (one-click subscription via webcal://, dedicated Google / Apple / Outlook buttons), regenerable at any time (the old link then stops working).
Import external calendars into the vault, by ICS subscription URL or by uploaded .ics file; each imported calendar has its own color and name.
Multiple external calendars per person, each individually filterable via an “External calendars” dropdown (all shown by default, per-calendar detail).
Security: protection against malicious internal URLs (SSRF), file validation, short caching.

Email event reminders

An automatic reminder email can be sent to each client, summarizing their deadlines, expirations and events coming up in the next few days.

Configurable: enable + look-ahead window in days (1 to 30, default 3).
Anti-duplicate: each event is reminded only once.
No reminder if the Agenda menu is hidden for the client.
Test button (the test email goes to your own address, without notifying clients).

Agenda export

Events are included in exports in .ics format (re-importable) and CSV (deadlines, expirations, journey events, external calendars):

in the client’s self-service export (personal vault and agency vault),
in the administrator export from the client fiche,
in the scheduled automatic backup.

System diagnostic report

A complete diagnostic tool for the installation, in the Settings → Tools & diagnostics section.

Full on-demand report (“Full report” button), modeled on WordPress’s “Site Health” tool: WordPress core, paths and sizes, active theme, all active and inactive plugins with their versions, server, database, constants… (generated on click so as not to slow the settings page, with a minimal fallback if the native tool is unavailable).
The report can be copied or saved directly as a note (.txt file) in the administrator’s personal vault. Saving is logged in the activity log and the admin access log.

Messaging

Real-time “read” marking: opening then closing a message immediately removes the “New” label and updates the tab counter, without reloading the page.

Vault

Header statistics tiles follow the activation/hiding of vault menus.
“Comments” tile removed from the header (redundant with messaging).
“Storage only” mode: thin full-width bar.
Journeys list mode (front): columns aligned table-style (gauge, information, button).
.txt files are now previewable in the vault gallery.

Document requests attached to a folder

From a folder’s fiche, the administrator can “Request documents” by choosing an existing folder or creating one on the fly.
Files uploaded by the client are automatically filed in the right folder.
Client side, a “Documents to provide (X/Y)” section appears at the top of the folder, with direct access to the upload.

Folder creation modes (autonomous / supervised)

Autonomous mode: the client creates their own folders, with a configurable cap.
Supervised mode: the client can “Suggest a folder”, to be approved by the administrator.
Global default setting + per-client override from their fiche.
Client “New folder / Suggest a folder” button depending on the active mode.

Translations

Full audit: all strings (interface, emails, log) are translated into the 17 supported languages, with no missing text.
Translation fix in Media: the audio/video recording button showed “Save” in English instead of “Record” (it shared the same translation as “Save”).

Demo data

Demo statistics cards made responsive (mobile adaptation).

🐛 Bug fixes

Menu governance & home page

Menu hiding not applied: hiding a menu (e.g. the Agenda), in general settings or in the client fiche, was not saved (saves filtered the value along the way). Fixed — hiding now applies everywhere.
Agenda “Upcoming” home block: missing from the agency vault home customization, and not saved at the global level (it only worked at the client level). Fixed at both levels, and cutting the Agenda menu also hides this block.

Content & folders

Empty gallery (grey frame) for PDFs and .txt files when a main gallery and internal folder galleries coexisted (duplicate identifiers targeting the wrong element). Fixed.
“Exchanges” section disappearing inside a folder: the “See more” button “swallowed” the content that followed (a tag was no longer closed because of a translation). Fixed.
List/grid view of a folder’s notes and messages not remembered (the “grid” button was active but the list was shown). Fixed, with the choice remembered.

Messaging

Persistent “new messages” banner: on click, it did take you to the messages but stayed shown until reload. It now disappears as soon as you click.

Display & misc

Client fiche query fixed (obsolete columns), preventing a display error on certain fiches.

“Vault” tabs in FluentCRM: labels wrapped and stacked the buttons when the column was narrow. Fixed (label on a single line).

Client Vault 20.21.85 — June 27, 2026

🚀 New features

Advisor ↔ client messaging

Write to the client from the client record (back office) or from FluentCRM; the client can initiate a message from their vault and reply (a “Received from client” badge appears on the pro side).
Sovereignty: the email sent is just an alert with no content — the message can only be read inside the vault.
Rich composer (bold, italic, underline, lists, link), with variables ({prenom}, {client_name}, {site_name}, {date}), 8 sample templates and manageable message templates (canned responses).
Subject (title) + editing of the message (subject and body) after sending.

“Send a message to the client” action (funnel step): posts the message in the vault + sends the email alert.
Per-client targeting: “Concerned clients” field (empty = all, otherwise limited to the selected clients).

Import from the agency vault

One button per section (Documents, Media, Links, Cards, Notes), back office and front end, to import an agency resource into a client vault in one click (sovereign copy, de-duplication, quota).

The setup wizard offers a “Messages” tile that seeds demo conversations (with replies), translated into all 17 languages.

Mobile experience (responsive redesign)

Redesigned header: responsive avatar and title, Personal / Agency toggle reduced to icons only, info collapsed behind a small ⓘ icon (mini pop-up), optimized margins and spacing.

🐛 Bug fixes

Security & hardening

Hardened move-to-folder: ownership check for non-managers (forged requests blocked).
Full audit of the FluentCRM modules (nonces, ownership, escaped output).
The Client Vault updater was blocking updates of other FluentCart plugins → the updater is now strictly limited to Client Vault.

Display, mobile & Safari

Translation: “Parcours” is no longer rendered as “Course / Kurs” (“Journey” term aligned with the menu).
Remaining translations in the plugin core.
Safari iOS: native button styling neutralized and circle proportions (avatar, ⓘ icon) locked (no more ovalization).
Desktop view: the toggle’s “Personal” label was invisible (white text on white background) → color fixed.
Agency toggle that kept its text on mobile → now icons only.

Client Vault 20.00.00 — June 22, 2026

1. NEW FEATURES

Agency Vault

“Agency Vault” tab in the Client Vault admin menu: a complete vault (documents, folders, media, cards, links, notes) not belonging to any client — a private agency library visible only to managers, reusing the interface and encryption at rest of client vaults (v11.86.163).
Agency Vault accessible from the frontend: “My Space ↔ Agency Vault” toggle at the top of the vault (managers only), displays and populates the shared library (content creation/addition included), remembered scope, no client access (v11.86.196).
Agency Frontend with a dedicated template: the vault within the Agency scope uses its own template, separate from the personal template (shared JS and styles) (v11.86.305).
Dedicated Agency Storage: “Agency Vault Storage” setting (Agency admin, General tab) to define an agency-specific quota in GB, independent of clients; 0 GB = inherits from the global quota (v11.86.309).

Agency Vault — demo & installation wizard

Dedicated Agency Vault Demo: “Generate Agency Demo” button which populates the Agency Vault (resource folders, documents, media, fact sheets & links, internal notes, comments, tags), demo-marked and deletable content, never affects client vaults (Demo Companion 1.14.0, translated into 17 languages) (v11.86.231).
Setup Wizard — “Agency Vault” step: upon opening, the wizard presents the Agency Vault (last step, optional), allows you to name the agency and install an agency demo in one click (v11.86.236).
“Access Control” tab back in the agency context with a dedicated message (Agency Vault-specific access settings to come with the Team module; global settings remain managed from Staff) (v11.86.236).

Agency Vault — Vault picker (Validation safeguard)

Vault picker (Validation safeguard) redesigned with 3 views (List, Grid, Gallery with large preview + thumbnail strip) to choose a document or media in the Agency Vault (v11.86.240).
Vault picker — keyboard navigation in gallery (arrows to preview, Enter to select, Esc to close) and filter bar (sort by date/name/size + Video/Audio filter) (v11.86.241).

Agency Vault — administration universe (Personal ↔ Agency)

“Agency” administration universe (Phase 1): Staff ↔ Agency toggle at the top of Client Vault pages (reserved for users authorized for the agency); in Agency context the menu becomes a dedicated space (Agency Vault content), in Staff context administration remains identical (v11.86.203).
«Agency» Administration Universe (Phase 2) — independent settings: in the Agency context, Settings have their own set of values (notifications, webhooks, API/rotation, labels & categories, backup), totally separate from Personal, Settings page open in the Agency sphere with a scope banner (v11.86.204).
Backup by context: Agency backup only concerns the agency vault; Personal backup concerns the personal space + client vaults (never the agency), automatic scheduling and history specific to each context (v11.86.204).
Personal/Agency switch transformed into a toggle in the WordPress sidebar menu (Personal | Agency pill), replacing the bar displayed on the page; default start in Personal mode (v11.86.212).

FIX — internal note in agency context: adding an internal note, broken in the Agency scope by a regression, now works again (robust insertion on client page as well as agency page, without reload, success bar in the card) (v11.86.385).
CRITICAL FIX — scope leak during upload (agency): in an agency context, deposits (documents/media) and FormData exports could be linked to the wrong vault; the target owner (and not the uploader) is now correctly resolved (v11.86.312).
CRITICAL FIX — fatal error (E_PARSE) in the Agency admin settings (missing endif on the “Agency Vault Storage” card) introduced in 11.86.309 (v11.86.310).

SECURITY FIX — Cross-vault safeguard: no longer possible to link an item from one vault to a folder in another vault (folder linking and synchronization validated within the same vault) (v11.86.386).
SECURITY FIX (IDOR — tags): a non-manager can now only read the tags of their own objects (the endpoint did not control ownership) (v11.86.317).
Perimeter-aware access: a manager now correctly acts on objects within the relevant vault (scope resolution) (v11.86.316).

🌍 Six complete new languages

Traditional Chinese (繁體中文 — Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau), Simplified Chinese (简体中文), Japanese (日本語), Korean (한국어), Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt) join the vault.
Each language covers everything: client space, journeys, community widgets, the 74 email templates, every notification and the full admin area — over 6,500 strings per language, with proper product vocabulary (金庫 / 금고 / brankas / két sắt for the vault).
Carefully chosen registers: Japanese in です・ます with “様”, Korean in the polite 합니다 register with “님”, dedicated mainland terminology for Simplified Chinese. Native review welcome.

The dropdowns now use the Client Vault premium panel (hover states, selection check, keyboard) instead of the native browser menu — including for non-Latin labels.

🛠 Fixed issues

License: the “License not activated” prompt no longer reappears after a successful activation in the setup wizard — the banner is removed immediately, and a freshly validated license is no longer re-checked on the very next page load (normal 7-day window).
Language selector: no more duplicated field (the native field remained visible under the premium panel) and the panel button gets its border back.
“Automatic (site language)” choice: always selectable in the new panel.
Dropdowns: “— none —” choices with non-Latin labels (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi) are no longer skipped — everywhere in the plugin, admin included.
Media grid: thumbnails no longer touch the bottom of the block (spacing aligned with the Cards and Links grids).

All 17 languages ship inside the plugin — no third-party service, no extra cost. A .pot file is included to create the 18th.

🌐 Complete internationalization — architectural refactor

Badges, activity log events and notifications are now stored using a stable key in the database and dynamically translated into the visitor’s active language. Each user views the interface in their own language, regardless of the language used by the admin who created the journey.

Coverage extended to 11 languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Turkish.

Strings now translated (non-exhaustive list):

🐛 Critical fixes

Members tab: the member list now loads on every language (the spinner could spin indefinitely on non-French installations).
Trophies tab: removed the “Server is not responding correctly” error that prevented the accomplishments from displaying on certain journeys. The endpoint is now protected by several safeguards to prevent any fatal error from reaching the client.
Member popup: fixed the double hash (“Rank ##1 of 5” → “Rank #1 of 5”).
Participant counters: correct pluralization in every language (1 participant / 5 participants).
“Recent activity” dashboard card: author prefix translated (“by John” in EN, “von John” in DE, etc.).
Date format in the activity card: localized separator (à, at, um, en, ב, etc.) depending on the active language.
“History with the manager” title on the Vault dashboard: fully translated in the 11 languages.

🧹 Developer console — cleaner site

Full audit of the developer console (DevTools) on the Vault frontend: zero Client Vault error.

Unified avatar resolver across 9 code sites: Fluent Community → local WordPress avatar → deterministic SVG initials. No more calls to Gravatar servers (which were blocked by the security CSP policies of certain hosting providers).
