The Client Vault logo combines the padlock pictogram — a symbol of our sovereignty promise — with the Client Vault wordmark in Inter Bold. The horizontal version is recommended for most uses.

To preserve legibility and impact, never use the logo at sizes that compromise its readability, and always use the official files provided above.

Usage scales

For reduced usage, keep the full horizontal logo between 140 px and 240 px wide, a size optimized to maintain readability and visual balance.

When the logo must appear smaller, between 30 px and 70 px in height, use only the padlock icon. Avoid the full logo at these sizes to maintain wordmark legibility and brand consistency.

Dos and don’ts

When using the logo, several essential rules must be kept in mind. First: always use the logo in its original form, without any alteration.

Do

The logo in its official form, with proportions and colors respected.

Don’t

Distorted Client Vault logo

Do not distort, stretch, or tilt the logo.

Don’t

Recolored Client Vault logo

Do not recolor the logo outside of the official palette.

Brand palette

The Client Vault palette combines a dominant deep night with royal purple and atlantic cyan accents. Champagne gold underscores the premium positioning and Pro blocks. Maintain the proportions: night as the primary color, with purple and cyan as punctual accents, and gold reserved for key highlights.

Icon rules

The padlock pictogram carries the brand promise: your data stays with you, under lock and key. It must always remain clear, legible, and recognizable.

Do

  • Leave enough space around the icon to avoid confusion with other brands.
  • Maintain the original proportions and aspect ratio.
  • Ensure the icon remains large enough to be legible (minimum 24 px).
  • Use the icon when linking to Client Vault from your website or product.

Don’ts

  • Do not modify the icon’s colors or shapes, and do not combine it with other elements.
  • Do not associate the logo or icon with content that is for adults, drug-related, or illegal.
  • Do not imply partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without direct agreement from Client Vault.
  • Do not use names, logos, or materials that imitate or could be confused with the Client Vault brand.

Writing Guide

Best practices for referring to Client Vault in your content, articles, materials, and copy.

Dos

  • Write “Client Vault” with a space, two capitals, and no hyphen.
  • Distinguish between “Client Vault Solo” (the vault, for freelancers) and “Client Vault Pro” (including workflow, LMS, and community features).
  • Use the same font style and size as the surrounding text.
  • Ensure “Client Vault” remains legible in any layout (sufficient size, correct contrast).

Don’ts

  • Do not write “ClientVault”, “client-vault”, “Client vault”, or “clientvault”.
  • Do not use Client Vault as a verb (e.g., “I am going to Client Vault my documents”).
  • No longer use the old name “Client Vault Parcours”: since version 11.9.0, this tier is called “Pro”.
  • Do not style “Client Vault” with a font other than the surrounding text.
