Manifesto
Reclaim your place at the heart of the client relationship.
I have always wanted to put my clients at the center of everything. But in my pursuit of the perfect system, I watched the trap snap shut: technology was weighing down our support processes. Instead of streamlining the connection, the technical aspect became a barrier. Client Vault was born from the urgent need to return to the essentials. It is your sovereign space, hosted on your WordPress site. Its strength? Its invisibility. Technology provides the framework, but remains silent. It fades away so your energy can return to where it belongs: the profound transformation of your clients.

Who I am
Tool builder. A companion to those who transform. Always working as close to the field as possible.
My name is Dragan Stamenkovic. For over twenty years, I have been assisting entrepreneurs in digitizing, structuring, and growing their businesses.
Early-stage small businesses. Startups raising funds. Freelancers hitting their first million. Companies filing patents and expanding internationally. My approach has remained the same: field-tested, rigorous, and human-centric. No empty promises, ever.
Today, I am the CEO of Sdravobiz. Under this umbrella: Boudala Business (training + tailored support), La Taverne (a private community of ambitious entrepreneurs), Maymoune Apps, Apogée Max coaching, Pricati IA, and now Client Vault.
However, Client Vault is not the result of twenty years of waiting. It is a realization that imposed itself over the years. I was stuck within my own support methods. Despite pushing for maximum customization, every client is different—and no market solution was sustainable. I tested everything available. In the end, it became clear: I had to build my own solution.
First, to solve my problem. To finally be the guide my clients deserved. Then, for other coaches, trainers, and practitioners who need the same high-performance—and sovereign—tool.
The advent of new support methods and technologies forced me to rethink everything from scratch.
What was holding me back
Market tools do not meet the requirements of true professional support.
Whatever I was working on with my clients — positioning, offers, pricing, commercial scenarios — we would always hit the same wall when it came to execution. Not their methods. The tools. Mine, theirs. All of them flawed.
01 — Collaborative tool
Trello / Notion / Slack
A gas factory where information is buried under endless scrolling. Once you pass 50 clients, the tool becomes a labyrinth of ghost cards and sterile tags: you are no longer managing your business, you are managing a traffic jam.
02 — Internal wiki
LMS / CRM / Confluence
Slows down, becomes a gas factory, and grows more complex over time. The machine dictates its rules. The company no longer works for its clients; it serves its software.
03 — Project management
Asana / Monday / Jira
A racket model: every new collaborator becomes a cost center. The more your team grows, the more the bill explodes for identical features. You are not paying to produce; you are paying for the right to exist.
04 — Document storage
Google Drive / Wetransfer / WhatsApp
Unsuited for the volume, dangerous for confidentiality. Delivering to 200 clients via ephemeral links or folders? And with Google, really?
05 — Business model
Foreign SaaS
Monthly rent. They can cut access with a simple ticket, raise prices without recourse, and without notice. You control nothing. You are renting the right to access your own work.
06 — SOVEREIGNTY
AI, storage, control
Your confidential data is held hostage on foreign servers, pillaged to train AIs, and subject to access that can be revoked without notice. This is no longer storage; it is the open-air looting of your data.
Not a single tool has lasted over time. Not for me. Not for my clients.

The refusal
What I refuse — for my clients and for myself.
I sought an arrangement with existing tools. I did not find one. At some point, an arrangement becomes a concession you can no longer accept when you take your profession seriously.
× I refuse to entrust my clients’ sensitive files to a SaaS whose servers are in Virginia and whose CEO is in Mountain View.
× I refuse to pay a monthly fee, per user, in perpetuity, to use my own data and that of my clients.
× I refuse to build my business — and that of the entrepreneurs I support — on a tool that could be bought out tomorrow, shut down the day after, or triple its rates.
× I refuse to let my clients’ documents pass through platforms that track them, enrich them, and feed them into AI databases — without anyone ever asking.
× I refuse the idea that a serious coach, trainer, lawyer, or entrepreneur must be forced to accept this as an inevitability of our time.
× I refuse not to have the choice to secure, delegate, or control my confidential data under the technical control imposed by a third party.
I said no. And I built the alternative.
What it is
Restructuring support. On your own servers.
Client Vault was born from a simple idea: the ability to manage business relationships, store client files, and design customer journeys — without depending on Big Tech (GAFAM) or a SaaS provider that decides what happens to your data.
Hosting
On your own server, in the country of your choice. Not an American cloud. Not a European cloud. Yours.
Model
One-time payment. You own it. No monthly subscription. No per-user pricing. No hidden upsells.
Sovereignty
The code runs on your premises. Your data is encrypted on your premises. You can unplug the internet, and the vault still runs.
Reversibility
If Client Vault were to disappear tomorrow, you would keep your data, your site, and your clients. No lock-in. No migration blackmail.
Not a replacement
Client Vault complements. It does not replace what is already working.
I have no ambition to replace the tools that already do their job well in your business. If Stripe collects payments, keep Stripe. If your CRM works, keep it. Client Vault handles what no one else handles properly: your clients’ folder safe, and the journey that leads them there — at your place, in complete sovereignty.
