Do I truly own my client portal, or is it software rental?
You own it 100%. Unlike SaaS platforms that charge a monthly “rent” and host your data on their own servers, Client Vault is installed on your WordPress hosting. This means your files, workflows, and client databases belong to you. If you decide to switch servers or stop updates, your portal continues to function normally. You are building your own digital assets instead of depending on a third-party subscription.
Is there a limit to the number of clients, workflows, or files I can manage?
No, there are no software-side limits. Since Client Vault is installed directly on your own WordPress hosting, you are only limited by your host’s storage space (OVH, o2switch, Infomaniak, etc.). Unlike standard platforms that charge per user tier or take a commission, your Pro license allows you to manage 10 or 500 clients without ever paying any additional fees.
How long does the installation take?
