Frequently asked questions
Do I need to purchase Fluent Community separately?
Fluent Community is a free plugin from the developer WP Manage Ninja (FluentCRM, FluentBooking, etc.). Client Vault auto-detects it during installation and automatically activates the gateway. No action is required on your part.
Can I use only a portion of the widgets?
Yes. Each widget can be enabled/disabled independently, with a global kill-switch mode if you wish to disable everything with a single click.
Do my clients see all groups?
No. The N×N mapping defines which workflow drives which group(s). A client only accesses the spaces of their active workflows.
What is the impact on performance?
30s heartbeat, native WP transients, MAX_TRACKED limit of 500/space, and automatic garbage collection. Architecture designed to remain lightweight even on large communities.
